At the Château, every meal is a celebration. We take great care with the quality of our locally-sourced produce. We serve family-style cuisine prepared before your very eyes on an ongoing basis as the seasons progress. Château Hannaches’s cuisine is a space for culinary freedom, a pop-up haven in the heart of the Pays de Bray. You’ll be salivating and get your taste buds all tangled up! We would love to tell you more, but it’s bad manners to talk with your mouth full! So, the best thing to do is come and see for yourself.

Passionate epicurean

An ecology journalist and professional chef for over 20 years, Nathaly created a cooking school in 2004, dedicated to local produce and culinary techniques based on seasonal ingredients, and co-managed the restaurant Nana, whose menu changed daily.

She has advised chefs, pastry chefs and business owners on their menus for gourmet venues, and has written some twenty cookbooks. She has in-depth knowledge of French terroirs and producers, as well as of current international trends.

For Hannaches, Nathaly creates authentic, local cuisine—yet she doesn’t shy away from contemporary interpretations. That’s why she selects the chefs who travel to Hannaches throughout the year.
